Bedrock map guide
How to use the Bedrock seed map
Use this map for Bedrock worlds on mobile, console, Windows, and Realms. Enter the world seed, select the build that generated the area, and keep the edition set to Bedrock when you check biomes or structure coordinates.
Bedrock build selector
Keep stable and Preview world settings separate
Bedrock structure markers
Check locations intended for mobile, console, Windows, and Realms
Simple map filters
Hide markers that are not useful for the current search
Shareable map view
Send the same seed, build, dimension, and position to the group
Quick setup
From seed to coordinates in four steps
Find the Bedrock seed
Open the world settings and copy the Seed value. Realm members may need the owner to provide it.
Match the generated version
Select the stable or Preview build that created the chunks. Do not use a Preview label for a normal stable world.
Navigate and choose markers
Drag or swipe to move, zoom to the area you can realistically reach, and turn on only the structures you need.
Confirm the important stops
Tap a marker for coordinates, then test the few locations that affect a base or Realm plan in a Creative copy.
Dimension selector
Choose the world you are searching
Overworld
Start here for spawn, biomes, Villages, Strongholds, Ocean Monuments, Trial Chambers, and other Bedrock Overworld targets.
Nether
Open the Nether view before checking Fortress or Bastion positions. Verify both portal exits before relying on a shortcut.
End
Use the End view for End City and End Gateway candidates in the outer islands, then confirm them in the same world build.
Good places to start
- +Review a Realm seed before everyone chooses a base
- +Find Bedrock structure candidates without using Java coordinates
- +Compare land and ocean routes around spawn
- +Share the same seed, build, dimension, and map position
If the map looks wrong
- !The world is Bedrock and the seed was copied exactly
- !Stable, Preview, and experimental settings are not mixed
- !The target area was not generated before a world update
- !No add-on, template, or server setting changed generation
Example workflow
Example: review a seed before opening a Realm
Ask the host for the seed and the Bedrock build, then inspect the area around spawn with markers cleared. Enable Village and the first two structures the group cares about. Compare routes that players can reach during the opening sessions, share the map link, and confirm the chosen base area in a Creative copy before inviting everyone.
Help and limitations
Answers for common map problems
The map does not match my world
Confirm the seed, Bedrock Edition, selected dimension, and the build that generated the target area. Preview settings, experiments, add-ons, and templates can produce a different result.
A marker is missing in game
Some structures depend on the surrounding biome, terrain, or final placement checks. Treat underground and newly supported locations as places to investigate, then verify them in the actual world.
The Realm has older chunks
A Realm can keep areas created by an earlier version after the host updates it. Use the older selector for explored chunks and the newer selector for land generated after the update.
Frequently asked questions
Before you travel to a coordinate
Can the same Bedrock plan be used on mobile and console?
Yes when both open the same world build. The host world and its generation history matter more than the device used to join it.
Why should Java coordinates stay out of a Bedrock route?
Terrain can look familiar while structures follow edition-specific placement rules, so an identical seed number is not an identical itinerary.
How much of the map should I inspect before choosing a Realm seed?
Begin with the area players can reach during the opening sessions. A coherent nearby route is usually more useful than one rare marker many thousands of blocks away.
What still needs an in-game visit?
Verify terrain access, vertical position, entrances, preview behavior, add-ons, experiments, and any chunks created before the latest update.
Accuracy note
Use the map to narrow the search
The Bedrock map gives the group a shared starting point, but the host world remains the final reference. Verify entrances, underground positions, Preview features, and any location affected by experiments or add-ons before the group commits to a build or travel route.
